These terms govern your use of ArchitectPro. They're written to be read. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

T-02
You approve spend
Thinking is free. Work is quoted in credits before it runs and proceeds only on your approval; autonomous runs stay inside the budgets and reservations you set.
T-03
Credits & billing
Credits are the platform's internal unit of work. You buy them or earn them, we debit them for actions at quoted rates, and failed work is refunded to your balance. Purchases are handled by our payment processor; see the Refund & Credits Policy.
T-04
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and don't commission unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful businesses. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms; we may decline or halt work that breaks it.
T-05
Your content & responsibility
You're responsible for the material you provide and for how you use what's built — including reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it commercially. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your material and run your builds.
T-06
AI output honesty
AI-generated output can be imperfect or inaccurate. Illustrative figures are labelled as such. We provide the tools and the intelligence; you exercise judgement over the result.
T-07
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but provide it 'as is' without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change or improve features; material changes to these terms will be notified.
T-08
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the period giving rise to the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
T-09
Termination
You can stop and export at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, giving notice where practical, and you keep the right to export your data.

Governing terms
These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
