What a credit is
A credit is the platform's internal unit of work. Every action is quoted in credits before it runs, so you always see the cost first. Credits don't expire while your account is active.

Credits are how work is priced and paid on ArchitectPro. This policy explains what happens when you buy them, spend them, or something goes wrong.

Buying credits
You buy credits in fixed packs through our payment processor. Payment is confirmed by the processor before credits are added to your wallet; your card details never touch our servers.

Failed work is refunded
Work is reserved at its quoted maximum and settled at actual cost — unused credits return to your balance automatically. If an action fails, its credits are refunded in full. The wallet ledger is the complete, honest record.

Purchased-credit refunds
Because credits deliver digital work immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are spent. Unused, recently purchased credits can be refunded on request where required by law or in case of a billing error.

Billing errors & disputes
If you think you were charged in error, contact us before disputing with your bank and we'll investigate promptly. Genuine duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded.

Subscriptions
Where a plan includes recurring monthly credits, it renews until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period. Monthly credits are granted per period and follow any rollover rule stated on the plan.
